We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy for any reason, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging.
  • You must have a receipt or proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email).

To start a return, contact us at support@rejuvionhealth.com. We'll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Do not send your item back without first contacting us.

Returns must be shipped to the address provided in your return confirmation email. We do not accept walk-in returns.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item). Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund unless otherwise stated.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 10–15 business days.

Original shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, email us at support@rejuvionhealth.com

Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Personal care & or regenerative items once opened (e.g., skincare, exosomes, gels)

International Returns

International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including customs duties, taxes, and import fees. We are not responsible for returns lost in international transit.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  1. Recheck your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take time before your refund is posted.
  3. Contact your bank. Processing times vary.
